Butternut Squash Soup




Butternut Squash Soup!  (Really easy to make)

You will need 
64 oz low sodium chicken broth
1 medium Butternut squash, peeled and cut into chunks
1 onion, cut into chunks
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp all spice 
sea salt and pepper



You will need a Large pot, add chicken broth and all the other ingredients, bring to a boil then simmer under vegetables are tender 30-40 minutes.  Then pour into a blender and blend until smooth!
